Sarah Kalsbeek writes fiction in the early morning hours and spends her nine-to-five day working in fundraising. Her fiction has appeared in Psychopomp Magazine and 3Elements Literary Review. She received her MFA from Northwestern University, where she also served as a fiction editor for TriQuarterly. She lives in Chicago with her family.
